- Who processes it: the fishery itself, and Digital Five (with its email provider, Postmark) who deliver and archive the enquiry on our behalf.
- The Digital Five archive: a copy of each enquiry is retained in a secure Digital Five archive so messages are not lost in transit. Access is limited to the fishery and Digital Five for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
- Your rights: you can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
